Is it possible to get the "Kill All Men in Enemy Unit" cheat function (I believe it is also called "Demoralize Unit" and is usable in the Live Battles) that is available in the Napoleon: Total War trainers included in the Empire: Total War trainers?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Kick up enough fuss and am sure they'll try to add it in. I support this post. sounds like a great idea.
