Alright, So, after a wonderful reformat after the Trojan virus that was on the No-dvd crack, I cannot get the save editor to work at all, every time I start it it crashes with a message of.



-Mnn133.tmp - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application.

Ahh never mind, fixed it, had to go get the .net frameworks again.

I'm fixed it so I'm going to send it to PWIZ soon.

I am new to the whole cheat happens scene... I was wondering who or what PWIZ is?

As for the editor, it does nothing on clicking. Pretty sure all I'm doing is necroing a thread and this is known, just thought I'd confirm the editor is dead.

I am having this same problem, I have tried running as admin and not as admin, I have tried turning AV/firewall on and off and adding exceptions.I have tried changing compatibility settings and restarting my PC, I have even tried going into the savegame files and clicking "open with" and selecting the savegame editor. nothing seems to work, it does not give any indication that I even told the program to open. Can anyone suggest a way to get this to work?
