I have been having the exact same problem as Johnn1993. Trainer 1.4 will not open. I've tried running it as an administrator. I've tried going into properties and setting it to start up as administrator.
I get the same message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
What gives? What am I doing wrong?
