Hi
I would like to download a trainer but it is only available for
premium.
However I am not gonna use trainers like more than 1-2 games
every 2 years so that is not much.
Is there a way I can just pay a one time payment only for this trainer so I do not have to buy a whole year when I only need
this one trainer ?

BUY the trainer manager and you'll get an unlimited trainer for free, or buy CH's trainers from CheatScapes.
