Ok
I've done the cells and the cargo bay then you have to go along a duct to a room with one guard, (It took ages to try and jump out of the duct, I don't know why)you kill the guard then F1 tells you to drag the body along a new duct to an area where you have to shoot some glass doors.
First you can only move these bodies standing upright, as soon as you crouch to access the duct you let go of the body.
How on earth do you do it.
I also found when I went along the duct without the body, once again I can't get out.

I was stuck on this one a little while until I figured it out.
On PC version of this game you have to press and hold the down arrow key and then hit the E key to drag a body without using the gun at the same time. If you do this you will be able to drag the body through the vent and then when you get to the other side, drop the body and pick it back up using just the E key to shoot the glass.
