ok but just to let you know dratinimaster the rule of the gym leader is that your only aloud to have one legendary pokemon in your gym teamand you can have upto 2 ledendary pokemon in the elite 4 team
they can be upto lv 100 and like the the you said for a gym leader can have 1 legendary pokemon and elite 4 can have 2 legendary pokemon
