Spiders can bite, what can Crane flies do?

Let me google Crane Fly for a minute before I finish typing my reply here.

Seems they're harmless and easily caught. Wait for the little ******* to land and smash him with a shoe or rolled-up magazine. Pow, no more Crane Fly.

it's understandable for you to be afraid of insects and not of spiders, as spiders are arachnids, a class of their own. and instead of killing the bugs, you could try and catch it and than release it outside or something. or leave your window open and hope it flies out or crawls out before something else comes in.

or get a big strong man to help you.

I'd get "a big strong man" to help me, but my boyfriend is 4,120 miles away, and he can't kill crane flies from that far.

I'll just have to hide until we're close

I've heard that nukes can be very effective from that range...
