i need a Timid Raikou untrained. Hidden power water or Ice is also needed. if you don't know what hidden power a pokemon has there's a man in the Celadon city coin exchange area that will tell you.

yea i hav a level 40 raikou for you, he's a 13th generation giveaway and he's shiny with a ton of happiness, he's timid, has a chesto berry so for when he uses rest he wakes up immediatley which if you play this game competitivley you would know how major that is. he knows hp ice as well as thunder (for a huge STAB bonus so with STAB it would probably do aboout 180 damage instead of 120 b/c a thunder type pokemon is using a thunder type move which gives it a 1.5x boost), extreme speed for those needy 50 hp finishers, and rest when in a bad spot with little hp
