So I decided to hold off on giving my Pikachu any Carbos while speed Ev training. I trained him like crazy with really low level pokemon and his speed did shoot up like planned. Then I tried to give him the Carbos and he wouldn't take it. Any particular reason why he wouldn't? Is his speed Iv's just too high for him to take anymore?

The only way to get the maximum ev is to give it carbos before it reaches around level 55 or so then do regular training.
