I need to know, where is the Tier 1 car shop's location on the map? So far, i've only discovered 2.

We currently don't have any Need for Speed: Undercover trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

It's in Port Crescent. You have to be level 12 or 13 to unlock it.

It's been a long time coming.
