raquaza doesnt have the highest stats, my lvl.100 groudon has higher stats then my lvl.100 raquaza

the strongest pokemon isnt a legendary. its called blissey. it takes practically no damage from special attacks. Physical attacks do hurt it but it can counter for a quick K-O. blissey is banned most everywhere. and the majority of legends suck, in fact a while back i erected a board on how to kill them in link battles. o god, and why the hell would you put special attacks on groudon, it has a much sexier attack than sp attack. well here are some ways to kill legends:
Rayquaza- icebeam from most any sp attacker is a OHKO
groudon- Ice beam is a 2-3HKO, dont use surf, as its weakened by sunlight
Mewtwo- Tricky,i personally use explosion, or repeated shadow ball, 2-4HKO for SB, OHKO with explosion
Kyogre- T-bolt, 2HKO
Lugia- Lmao, this thing is slow. just sleep it or status it. laugh your ass off when you see its aeroblast do pitiful damage. Calm minding lugias usually have sub, in wich case your screwed
Ho-oh- Rock slide is 4 times effective, give it what it wants


then again most legends are banned from competitive play.

If you honestly want to be an elite trainer, or just kill that 10 year old across the street, level up a blissey with counter/ soft boiled/ thunder wave/ seismic toss. works too well not to be used. And for goodness' sake, dont give it physical attacks dumbass.

strongest isnt always better unless your talking about all strengths not just attack kope!

I don't know what you guys are talking about the strongest pokemon is whatever pokemon you want. You make the Pokemon strong they dont make themselves stong.

any pokiemon is strong if u trian them rite.all my pokiemon is strong and i have alomst all the rare pokiemon
