your messing with an ex-super power, even though they are not what they used to be, Russia is still something to fear. no-offense, but normally in war, numbers make a huge difference unless there's a trump card, and Russia still has their fair amount of Trump cards.
I'm not saying Poland would win or lose nor the same for Russia I'm just saying normally Numbers/Tactics make the winner.
and as stated above, Russia troops are very well trained, and the training takes them into some cruel things.
