We currently don't have any I´m Not Alone trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Bought this from Steam.Worst game I've ever tried as far as the players health goes.You die almost instantly.Maybe someday someone will fiqure out how to make an unlimited health cheat.
