Fallout: New Vegas Message Board  

I keep seeing this in some sites. Some refer to it like the next fallout ...(4?) or just like an add on like the Pitt and so on.

I just cant wait... Even as F3 isnt the rightfull successor of F1 and F2... it is fun to play and hopefully will not be a level restriction or ENDing ... Plus to be a bad (evil) dude in F3 is like trying to beat the game without killing anyone... Plus... WHy the hell cant i kill the Children.? realistic gameplay...

Well anyone heard anything about New Vegas .,.. plz reply I still play fallout 2 (fallout 1 is to old for my machines. I knew i had to keep that damned 486 IBM :/

Fallout NV is not just an add-on but a brand new game set in Las Vegas with all new storylines . things to do. The only connection I can see is it is based during the same timeline as F3.

there is a trailer on youtube. but its the same soort of trailer as fallout 3. sow there is no gameplay or somthing (at least not the last time i checked).
what if heart is that its te same grapics mabe some upgrades but not much. i think we hear more of this game on the next E3.

There's a LOT of information on the No Mutants Allowed website (The biggest host of Fallout 1 and 2 mods).

Seems Bethesda has stolen ideas from the modders of Fallout 3, because you can apply mods to weapons in the vanilla New Vegas game, including Magazine extensions, High Caliber Barrels, and more.

From what ive seen so far , it looks pretty dam good, cant wait for it to come out this fall

What I'm loving is that the people working on it worked on Fallout 1 and 2 and they're giving it more of an RPG feel than Fallout 3 had. Don't get me wrong, I loved FO3, but it DID need more RPG.

For instance, when you recruit people if you have enough influence with them then you might unlock side missions that they have. And the gambling system sounds very interesting.

EDIT: Any news on how the new counter suit is going? I heard that Interplay is trying to counter sue Bethesda for breach of contract or some such, so that they'd only have the rights to three games instead of owning the Fallout license. If that happens, New Vegas might be re-classified as an expansion just so they can squeeze out another game rather than have New Vegas take up one of the slots, since FO3 already takes up one slot. I personally would have preferred Bethesda won the first lawsuit, I'd rather have them own the rights to an MMO than Interplay, when Interplay is barely standing on its own and has been failing for a while now financially.

Have seen the gameplay vids on gamespot and i defo want this game also i have played fallout 2 couldnt get the first one to work and fallout 3 is my number one game in xfire so cant wait for fallout NV

is unbelievable, a just hope the NV will be
