The fastest vehicle in the game is the Police Stinger, unfortunately it's only available in multiplayer.

Is there a way to spawn it in single player?

use the native trainer, go to car spawning and at the last page u will find police stinger

I'm looking at the cheat happens trainer right now, i don't see anything about spawning vehicles, or a "last page" for that matter.

Could you link me if possible?

edit: I think i figured it out. There's an actual trainer called "native trainer". I thought you were referring to the original Cheat Happens trainers.

yup download native trainer from here:

www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2115

to use the native trainer just extract everything in ur main directory.. and press f3 in the game... if that doesnt work u might have to download a file from here:
www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=388658
scroll down and there are 2 links for this file, after u download it put it in ur main directory.
one more thing after i put the second file in the directory, the trainer worked but "I HAD TO START THE GAME FROM THE BEGINNING," just a lil heads up..

how would you add Police Stinger using the trainer?

It is in the spawn vehicles list.

To use the trainer you also need an asi loader like yaasil.

Maybe it sounds a stupid question but please someone tell me how can I bring up the trainers in-game menu?
