Well you could start influencing him in the career you want him to be in. There are scholar, musician, artist, farmer, and rancher. But you dont have to right away. You should start doing that in ch.2. But until then you could just play with him to get him to like you. Your son can eat by himself so you dont have to worry about feeding him. well, if u want ur kid to be a farmer when he grows up, the best things to give him would be, milk and eggs, but u could give him other stuff i guess.

Dont give him eggs 'cause eggs represent the job of a rancher. not a farmer.
