Maylene is in celadon at the Eatathon house.
and crasher wake is in the department store. he gives you the masks of the sinnoh starter pokemon. then later you meet him on the bridge on the way to the safari zone outside of cianwood

i know shes not from sinnoh but Janine (Poison Gym leader) is at the victory road gate crossroads place,ya know where i mean?
