I have, still doesn't work, that's what I was trying to say last time. It still comes up ive not got access privileges or something along they lines.
.Its avg im using by the way, if that helps, on windows 7 64 bit though doubt the operating system is affecting this. Is there anything else I can maybe disable that would prevent me from running the trainer, windows defender ? I checked the task manager for other processes but found nothing.

I use Kaspersky, and if I disable it, it still will NOT the trainer do its job.
I had to close the antivirus completely to get the trainers working.
Have you tried cloing avg instead of disabling it? (close before you open the trainer)

Thought I was onto something today, disabled and fully closed avg, ended the process in task manager, though when I re downloaded the trainer the applications icon image came up (the CH logo) which never used to though I was still getting the same annoying error message. Its really weird, it never used to do this before the 2.1 patch.

its because the "protection" programs have block the "dangerous" content in the trainer, you can first disabling the security softwares before extracting the trainer / downloading the trainer again. (And remember to put the trainer to EXCEPTION list)

Will try that, though think im going to change anti virus, avg has became super secure lately, shame, it never used to be. Iii let yous know how it goes
. Tried disabling it from the start-up processes, and then even uninstalled it, restarted after both of these. Still no luck. Same permission crap still pestering me.

I got another trainer problem for adding exp, it only works during the battle field, but at the conclusion page the guys didn't actually having the level up I've done in the battle field (e.g. I make them all have a level up, but at the end only 1 or 2 units got level up)
