How do you rank up more quickly, or how do you rank up fastest?
If you have any advise what so ever tell me please

The only way to get a good rank quickly is to win races. Seems obvious, but its not that easy. I had to play for 8-10 years (by the game) before i got an SS rank, and the more points I got, the better horses I could buy. Hope this helps.
