im in kanto now and i have beaten the pewter city gym and now im in cerulean city and when i go in t

Make sure you talk to all of them. After that, try to leave. One of them will stop you and say something. Once you've done that, just go to Cerulean Gym.

heres what you do: go to the power plant and talk to some dude who is so angry:"IM GOING TO BLOW THEM UP WITH MY CHARGE BEAM!!!!" then go to cerulean gym, get the part out of the water, take to angry guy, go fight misty
