I can't trade right now but I can make you AR codes for them. And yes I'll make sure they're COMPLETELY Legal.
PS: If you want a Celebi use the code I posted at this Link It gives you a Celebi that can unlock the Special Celebi Event but it has some Illigal stats(Impossibly high PP, ect...) I can make you a more Legal one but it's impossible to give you a comepletely Legal one that can activate the Event.
