I can't understand how people like these movies, they're pretty twisted.
What's the point of a horror movie if it isn't twisted?

Jigsaw shows people the value of life in a way that works. His traps are vicious and brutal, but they get the point across in a way the victim will never forget.
That's why i like it.

I got to concur. But they really overloaded it with much gore and violence. Its really a bit too much for my tastes.
When it comes to horror, no one can beat the Japanese film makers, they are the best!

The Saw movies aren't the scary kind of "horror" movies and don't claim to be. They're splatter movies or would fall under "torture porn".

They are a blend of horror and thriller. And I agree to the term *Splatter* as it is filled with blood and gore. I returned with a very disturbed mind when I saw Saw III (That's the only movie I have seen). Regretted having bought the popcorn and Pepsi!
And I see no point on why the movies are being enjoyed. One movie was enough to promote the idea of "You value your life when you see death". Instead we have 7! Do we really need that. They seriously need to turn those movies into video games, and by that I mean good ones, not the crap game we played back on 2009.
