I suppose it is possible, but with most animals, half of what their saying is in their body language, so it wouldn't be entirely reliable.

yea..animals talk mostly by way of their body language since nature intended it to be that way. so i guess even if there was such a device it wouldn't matter. but a device that interprets their body language was developed. that could work.
