He became a mod because he ASKED? It's website policy not to ask for something like that. It's universally known. You are not supposed to just ask for a position, because it's well known that you probably won't get it just for asking.
If you said you were looking for a mod, I would've said I was willing. I'm sure many others would have as well.
And sure, the mods may be at fault for not choosing a new guy in time. But couldn't you ask them whether they approved of Honestgamer first? It seems like a very rash decision to me.
I'm not attempting to insult or offend anyone, I'm just surprised at how these things came about and want to improve the situation. Please understand that.

PWizard is the administrator. He MAKES the website policy. He already stated moderators do not have a voice or power over what he does with the website. THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT! THIS IS A BUSINESS!
We're not some board of directors to him, we're volunteers in positions.
