After the DLC is installed you have to reset the key bindings to default. Then everything is okay. Right click = mining
Another issue I have: In the tutorial I have to boost through the fire... I did that, but everytime I tried to boost through the fire, my hammerhead was destroyed. So I'm pretty much stuck at the beginning.
That sucks! Have you tried reinstalling the content again? Although, I'm not overly confident in what that would achieve.
As for having to reset your controls; I'd like to think that they'd make the tutorial popups adhere to your current configuration rather than being set-in-stone. I'd like to think that... but I can't, obviously! Lol!

Regardless of this 'misdirection, I still have reached the Vulcan base, over a river of lava!!!!! How utterly ridiculous, especially considering that you are given No map, no guide to location and the youtube video I watched on where to go next, bumping your way up shelves on a cliff and skipping down stones floating in lava .............well How wwas I supposed to work that out?
Still have not been able to complete this mission,andI reckon I will restart the game before this crap and leave it out altogether. I have tried many times to get to the other base but keep ending up where I started.
I seemed to handle myself fine on the Overlord mission. Only died 3 times, 2 times to the lava, once to the defense turrets.
Fact is you just have to keep a sharp look out for signs as to where you have to go, the rest will come in to place. As for the DLC resetting everything, well you'll just have to do it again. 5 minutes of your life, not much to ask when you look at it.
