You really dont need the like all you need to make sure you get is 2 or 3 (depending on you blowing up megaton) one is at the beginning of the game when you dad sends you to the goat. The bobble head of medicine is on his desk. You can try to get it again when the overseer goes crazy but that is your last chance. Another is in the Raven base and you only get one chance to get it and its in the Collonals room. It is the bobble head of plasma weapons I think. I hope that helps.
