What trainer was released anyway? There doesn't seem to be a PC version outside of steam that I know of, yet it says retail. I hate to bug, but the trainer just doesn't seem to work.. even after following the directions specifically in the help section.

In the instructions it says wait until the game is in motion before activating.. and we do that, but still nothing

my be a video tutorial?

well i got the Retail version with my c&c4 bonus game tag special deal ..... and i have the steam version nothing works so i created my own trainer ( no problems at all Mass+energy)

That's very clear, however there's one part which is different from what I get.

after u start trainer, start game, and start a normal game, when u press "F1" to active trainer, u didn't get the help menu which I get when I press "F1". Did u do anything to change key? And after trainer actived, I see ur trainer works no problem, but mine will just crash after press "1~4".

The help menu also comes up if a tutorial message is not on the screen. trainer still works.

AHA I found the problem!!! It works when you play a profile for the first time. Which is exactly what you showed us in the video. When you load a saved profile say... when you start the game again, the game crashes trying to use the trainer.

So the trainer technically works... just once...

So here is my quick fix!!! ^^

Start the trainer, start the game, do not hit F1 yet!

Click the button that has your profile name. You should see 4 spots. Click a new one (or empty profile, make sure you didn't do anything with it)

Start the first level and when your in game hit F1. Now hit a number to activate a cheat. By now I am sure your expecting a crash... and a little nervous...

After a few seconds it will say activated, but nothing happened. You can now hit 1-4 and the trainer will work.

Quit out of the level and switch profiles, it will now work with 1-4 on your games. You must do this every time you start up the game, but that's the price you pay for it I guess

I only tried this once, but it seemed to work. I'll let you know if something goes amiss.
