steam just did some kind of update on metro, now it won't run w/trainer.

Yep, having the same issues. I thought it was something from the trainers side (cause i downloaded 2 different ones from here, with 2 different file sizes).

But i think it's the steam update. The game loads with the trainer on, but once you pick 'continue' it crashes as the game loads

Same thing here. Will probably need an updated trainer.

yup, give the Cheathappens guys some time.... once they have read this topic im sure they'll update the trainer when they got the time

Yeah i just started a new game cuz of that stupid gun glitch since i bought a gun right in the starting and now the trainer doesn't work

Ah yup, had the same problem. I'm guessing it's more of an Easter egg for cheaters. Since, you wouldn't be able to buy anything in the very beginning unless you used a cheat or trainer to add military bullets. And then, them disabling you picking up any of the better guns as a way of saying HAAAAAX!
