Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: No Reload
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 4: Save Position
Numpad 5: Teleport
Numpad 6: Undo Teleport
Numpad 7: Unlimited Money
Numpad 8: Unlimited Medkits
Numpad 9: Unlimited Gas Mask Use
Numpad 0: Easy Kills


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - this will try to keep you alive. Scripted deaths
and events cannot be avoided. You may have to turn this off for
scripted events to occur.
Numpad 2: No Reload - most weapons will not need reload
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo - most weapons will not depelete ammo when you reload.
Numpad 4: Save Position
Numpad 5: Teleport
Numpad 6: Undo Teleport
Numpad 7: Unlimited Money - when you go buy something, you will have lots of
bullets/money.
Numpad 8: Unlimited Medkits - this maxes your medkits out. You can press Q
to see the medkits.
Numpad 9: Unlimited Gas Mask Use - this will allow you to wear your gas mask
in gaseous areas indefinitely.
Numpad 0: Easy Kills - non-player NPC's (including possibly friendlies) will
die quickly. You may have to turn this off for
scripted events to occur.

Discovered one issue after using the trainer.

After leaving the Market and about to enter the city, I can no longer equip my gas mask.

Game does not respond when I press the G-key to wear it and remapping it, does nothing either.

Anyone else had this happen to them?

I like how everything gets blamed on the trainer.

thanks for speedy release :3 - infinite ammo and no reload don't work with shotguns tho, only freezes the text value not the actual value - also it causes the game to crash when using the bastard gun

having infinite med kits and money on causes crashing during physics and heavy firefights

provide savegame or we cannot do anything.
