I don't know how how guys run(if you can run), but I use running all the time to go into thinking mode and reflect, I'm still in one piece.

I tried what you did today and landed up with a broken arm

Which causes motor, sensory and relay neurons work slower.

When this happens, you will probably end up finding your self on the ground with bleeding knees etc etc. Which would be really hurtful.

I don't know how you run but I can't do that.
