The no-CD fix doesn't affect graphics quality? Have you tested this? I don't think you have, because without the No-CD fix graphics are fine, once applied, the graphics make the game unplayable. There is no options in the main menu to improve them. This is also not the only instance where this has happened, numerous people have reported the same.
Also, PWizard, your response was not helpful and you locked the thread. This is not very professional, I know you respond to almost every thread, but please provide some better feedback.

Sorry, but this is your only option. Use the no-cd fix or don't use the trainer. This game is YEARS old and we will not be revisiting it.
