we use different templates all the time, don't assume one trainer will work like any other.

Ummmm I had a quick read through the trouble shooting guide and everything in there seems ok? The trainer obviously activates and I can hear the option being activated but nothing actually happens in-game?

Surely if the other trainers work then you can assume its nothing to do with anything outside the game?
