first thing you do it login in with your rcon password
"/rcon login ####"
From now on each line will be a command:
"/rcon Devmap mp_mapname" E.g Crash
"/rcon bg_falldamagemaxheight 1" makes you loose 1 hp when falling
"/rcon timescale 1-3" wouldn't suggest to make it higher.
"/rcon player_sustainammo 1" Makes ammmo unlimited
"/rcon jump_height 1-1000"
