it shows an objective pointer on my radar pointing to it i follow it then it moved so i noclipped through the level trying to find it and nothing where the do i go to get it back please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It should be in a footlocker sitting on the floor right after you come out of The Arena, near the locker that you took some weapons from before the fight.
