Don't bother getting the game, just read the poem. Then if you enjoy that, read the rest of the divine comedy.

I heard it's an alright game, but as it came out between Bayonetta and God of War 3 it isn't worth the hype.

All three are supposed to be similar, and apparently Bayonetta and the God of War series are much better.
