Trainer now mostly works if you activate after you are in game. Hitting F1 at main menu crashes game. Also, the use button "E" now works without crashing. Now only problem other than main menu issue is that every time you reach new checkpoint with cut scene involved, the game crashes again. This doesn't make the game unplayable, but it is agravating to have to start the game up anew after each cut scene. The new trainer is very close to where it was before Steam updated the game. Hopefully, Steam will give it a rest for a while!!

the trainer every body is using is fore patch 3
nog the game is pached up to 4 on this moment. thats why the trainer doesn't work. i stands in the description "may not work for all versions". sow no complaining just play with out it, till the new trainer comes.
or is it to hard to play on your own

No last patch is the third patch. There is NO fourth patch. They just messed up while updating the trainer to the third patch, so thats why it doesnt work.
Well STEAM messes it up for them! They will fix it eventualy.

The issues with patch are (havent tried now, so they could be fixed),
1 - It crashes everytime you interact with something, either pressing "E" or just walk over a object such as grenades or shards,
2 - Crashes when a new "video-scene" takes place, and if playing on nightmare there is no checkpoint sp you have to replay the level. You can not continue with trainer on nightmare.

Those are the issues, but as I stated, they will be fixed (or have been...

Maybe yes. Because its this version of the trainer that is bugged. But maybe they fix it, its up to the people working here at cheathappens.
You might have to wait until next release of patch, so that they will then update it to that version.
Next patch release="Patch 4"...

The trainer is not "bugged". The game actively searches for changes made in the game and when it detects a change, it crashes. We have re-routed over 25 of these crashes and each time we do, another 5 show up. When you click on this object or that object or stand on your head, etc. We officially give up trying to defeat all of the anti-cheat protections. We are not "game crackers". Wait for the no-cd fix which may have these protections removed or revert back to a previous version (if possible). If you want, you can complain to the game developer for adding anti-cheat routines to a SINGLE PLAYER GAME.

THERE WILL BE NO MORE TRAINER UPDATES FOR THIS GAME UNLESS A NO-CD FIX IS PROVIDED OR THE GAME DEVELOPERS REMOVE THE SINGLE PLAYER ANTI-CHEAT CHECKS.

may as well delete the trainer then everyone because none of the above will happen for a long time well at least as far as the anti-cheat system is concerned.
