I think I am gonna die due to mental fatigue...

Rising concerns of global warming everywhere, government banners hanged on every cornes on the streets of India, repetitive advertisements on the TV, Articles on the newspaper and after causeing such distress in our lives, here comes an ultimatum that says that all this is BS.

My god I need a glass of water. But still its good we remain alert - Conserve resources, go green.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

That might be the case, but I still believe that humanity as whole should continue it's efforts to reduce CO2 levels and Increase our Recycling capacities. Because no one can see the future and next time there is a real Global Warming Crisis humanity may not have time to reverse the damage.

No. Experts project a "green" economy to have 40% structural unemployment.

    That's the path to ruin.

In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

I think they are overreacting. It didn't come the end of the world due to global warming but things are no so good. Well, i think that climate has changed but it may not change so dramatically as scientists admit. I believe the truth is somewhere in the middle. We have to respect and protect our environment because we can't live without it. We need clean air, water, trees etc. If we don't do anything to protect it we will die soon probably. Maybe the whole global warming thing is a nonsense now, but it may come true sometime, and we don't want that.
P.S. I have a question. How the icebergs in Arctic have been melt? I have seen photos from satellite before 15 years and 2 years ago and there is a big difference. 🤔
It's time to play the game!

I think it's been said before but the arctic melting would hardly change the sea levels not to add they shrink and grow more/less rapidly over periods of 1000s of years.

Personally, I don't care if they're lying their socks off. I know its global warming and I'm going to try and stop it. Oh look, a nuclear power station *evil eyes*.

It's easy to bash nuclear power when it's not up to you to find a better way to make large quantities of reliable power.

I would love to have the coal plant north of me replaced by a nuclear plant.

I didn't mention anything about a Green Economy, though according to a lot of people Green Economy would create a lot of Green Jobs.

But I personally don't think we should go so far as to eliminate CO2 entirely, merely reduce it to an acceptable level.

true. if someone has a better and reliable source of non-polluting and renewable energy please do come forward with it until such a time don't start bashing nuclear power as the most evil of energy sources because to most it is the easiest thing to do. we all want a greener planet but we do try and make do with what we currently have available. the needs of the present arn't going to magically vanish.
