The plasmid problems have nothing to do with the trainer, its a game bug which probably won't be fixed for a lifetime due to the devs hate of pc gamers.

Patch doesn't seem to fix it and also breaks multiplayer pretty badly making it a lag fest for most people.

heh o.k I finished the game without any bug or failure but now I am playing it the second time with the trainer and I got this bug twice :s

This patch was to fix issues identified between the game being done and when it hit stores. So hopefully the newer bugs will be patched in one of the next few patches, I'm guessing they'll do a multiplayer fix, then probably a SP/overall patch.

Yeah, I bought the trainer the other day. Worked great! I was playing online and though I had some bugs with it minimizing it never crashed. Today I log-in to live to play some more bioshock 2 and I get the update. I go through that whole annoying process and get the game working again. Start up my trainer and within 15seconds (I kid you not) I die by the hands of a big daddy.

HAHAHA! Which now brings me here. I get ready for a post and apparently have forgotten to activate my account so I can post online. Go to my email and I check out the trainer link I was initially sent after my purchasing it. The link this time takes me to the mega trainer. OH JOY!

I download the mega trainer and go into game and die within 20 seconds this time. HA! It still doesn't work. Then I read here on the forum that although the trainer has been updated it no longer works.

Which brings me to my long awaited question. When a fix comes out will I be able to download the new working trainer or will I have to become a unlimited member and/or buy it again?

Just wondering...

I just have bad luck, everytime lol. I just recently became an unlimited member, downloaded the Mega trainer, activates in the game menu, and doesn't work.

I understand the update just recently happened earlier, but my question is, is everybody else having this problem? If so, will we be updated with a newer trainer? I'm using the Steam version. Thanks in advance.

Relax everyone.

The trainers will work again as soon as CH finishes working on it. The patch today screwed it up, because it WAS working before that.

Be patient and an upgrade for the trainer will be posted soon.

CH and PW are the masters of trainers.

Its a real pain when that happens, just downloaded the patch and spotted the newer version of the trainer only to find the patch killed the trainer I was using and couldn't even get the latest one a go hehehe.

I just uninstalled the game and played offline. Still works excellent offline and without the patch.
