health goes down while using trainer

Regarding the Trainer, Unlimited Health, Eve, Money, Adam,....
haven't died yet, but i keep losing health when being shot/hit while using the health option in the trainer.
One time i almost did die though. Just figured i'd toss this out there. hopefully it's not just me

your health does go down a bit but at about 1/3 HP or 1/2 HP it stops dropping. Eve does the same thing when you use plasmids.
