I've got Windows 7 Home Premium both 32 and 64 Bit. I installed the 64 Bit Version and except "Wolfenstein" all Cheat Happens Cheats work fine...
But with Wolfenstein I've got the same problems like you, crash after activation.

And I know, this is not a help for your problems...

Got all Windows updates?
Driver refresh?
No CD Crack tested?
How do you start the trainer and the game?
I write little DOS Patches, witch start both, first trainer, then the game.

i have win7 64bit. And dvd version of game. trainer work very well. Maybe you can change your crack.

I think it was posted before but I will reiterate. Under your security application be sure to add an exception to the folder you are running the trainer from. I had this problem only once with Red Faction Guerilla and that is what fixed it for me. I was getting all kinds of errors, one was even the secutity suite thinking the trainer was a Trojan. I added the game folder as an exception and was able to play wihtout fail. Once you did that and eliminated it then try troubleshooting other aspects of the problem.

And yes always redownload the trainer if you are not sure, that also seems to fix many problems. LOL
