I had a problem on the first few my first time through. It seemed like no matter how fast I clicked on the two nodes, they wouldn't connect.

It seems fine now, most of the doors the symbols are very close to each other. I rarely let the timer get half way down. There is also a researchable upgrade that slows the count down I believe.

I actually only messed up on my first hack about twice before I figured out exactly what I was supposed to do, then it was cake.

On the bypass you just need to hover the mouse over them and just work at them one at a time, you'll get through it pretty fast after you get used to it.

On the hack, the best suggestion I can give anyone is forget looking for the shape or line count of the bit of data your are looking for just do it like this:
Note the colors and what order they are in, example: Four Paragraph code fragment. first section white, then orange, then orange, then green. Ignore the shape of the fragment at first and just dodge the red boxes while looking for that color order, then if you see it, glance at the shape of the code fragment and match them again, then click. Again it gets easier the more often you do it.

I've found most of the bypass things to be desperately easy - much easier than the minigames in ME1. They give you a ton of time to do the shape-matching one (just take it slow and check to make sure you're doing the proper pair each time).

As for the code fragment matching... I do it a bit like cloud gazing. A combination of eyeballing big chunks of purple or white, and projective stuff like one code fragment looks like a gun, one looks like a spaceship, etc. Works wonders.

Uhh, you don't use the mouse for that. You use the WASD + Spacebar keys.

Yeah, like the previous poster said.. its not a mouse-based minigame. You use the movement keys (WASD) to change selection and space to choose the code segment. The minigame is basically pattern matching and a maze, because you can't even cursor onto the red squares or its considered to be a screw-up. At higher levels the number of red squares, and their placement, gets worse.

PWIZ I appreciate all the hard work you and Cal do but to be honest I like the stop timer option so I think I'll stick with the trainer I have now. By the way would it be possible foryou to include a stop timer option in future trainers for Mass Effect 2????
