Basically I was mining the planet in question, and was off a bit by accident when I was scanning, moved a bit to the right.

I thought "Damn that will be a bit less than it should be" and then EDI said "I have found something"..

I was like "WTF" and could Land on the planet. I think its the same NPC you can meet in Illium, she is controlled and tells me "My children sing many songs here, but the songless Krogan, threaten my children..

Human Shepard, you helped me sing once before, help my children sing free again, we will sing of you"

Then the usual investigate options, why are the Krogan attacking etc.

Then event started, was Blood gang, Krogan and some Vorcha.. and a couple of heavy mechs as the waves keep coming. About 20 waves, some small size at start to a huge 30 in a space of 1 min in last wave. Tough battle if your not cheating.

and this is in the Omega Nebula Cluster right? Just to make sure. Also the planet will say Rich always.

EDIT: I give up, i can't find it xD. Do you need to do another sidequest in ME1 or just saving the rachni queen in ME1 is good enough?

Dude, just tell us which damn planet it is already.

I've scanned the entire Omega Cluster and spoken to the Asari. I have no idea what the planet is.

Woot!! I found the planet! but I'm going to side with DABhand by not telling you guys what or where it is! hah!

Riiight... because this is not a place where one would help a fellow gamer but an arena to exercise juvenile self importance.

Whats with the big mystery already, if you want to help, help, but don't sit there and tease everyone...

Plus it seems you are the only one who has found this planet...

Just spill or stop bragging...Really....

Not to jump into this on either side, but surely in all of the time spent since DH posted the info about said planet, you could have found it yourself by now.
