The thing is that I am having problems working with the galaxy map. I seem to be stuck in this one cluster. Can anyone please gie me some information on how to navigate with the galaxy map. Why they would try to fix something that is not broken I have no idea.

Move your mouse to a mass relay in the galaxy map and press and keep down the left mouse button until the icoon of the voyager is on the mass relay ... then you can select to go to another system.

This is in the manual, showing you how to move between systems in a cluster etc.

I have read the manual more then once and I do not find it helpful. Why they had to "fix" something that was not broken I have no idea why?

It makes me miss the old days when they actually printed manuals. Not only printed manuals, but other stuff that immerses you deeper into the game. The newsletter from "Deus Ex", for example. Complete with written notations and side-notes to the articles.
Or the side-bars showing history and stuff from the Homeworld manual. Now, it’s just plain-Jane .PDFs.
