In Mass Effect 1 you could not get this option without having everyone else ( npc enemies ) having that ability also. Somehow, in mass effect 1 the Biotic cooldowns were tied into the "Global" cooldowns, which effected every npc.
So if there is anyway to get a specific cooldown value found for mass effect 2, that would be great....
what I'm going to do is crank up the difficulty level to SUPER HARD, and use only this option........if careless....you can still die...but it will add a cool option to SPAM biotic powers for adept type users....
just have to edit a game file.
dont need a trainer for it
u'll just have the geth spamming barriers non stop
which i think increases the difficuties a bit
and its kinda fun XD

didnt i say in my original post that i would like a option that enables no biotic cooldowns for the main player?
Jeez man learn to read.......i know you can edit the file already .......And no it doesnt work right....... its like having infinite health for you, and for the enemies also.....makes no point...so please dont contaminate my post by saying you can do it already... cause you cannot ( technically you can but its not fun when everyone else has no cooldowns also...
so my post still stands....a non cooldown biotic powers use for PLAYER only.......NOT NPCs

Your post didnt say you knew about the editing either, just you mention about player and npc having the same ability to use biotic's willy nilly, but no mention of editing.
So you cant tell him to learn to read, when you never were clear on your information.

Also it will be pretty much impossible if enemy npc spammed stun based specials on you that immobilizes you from any movement, especially if your fighting more than one of them.......
so no...that option does not exist so far in mass effect outside of the "global" effect.....
its like playing crysis with a modded increased armor value...but globalizing it for all the npcs....would just be stupid........
so individual player only non cooldowns would be amazing...
No one has of yet discovered how to do this.....and i don't even know if its possible......but i speculate if in mass effect 1 you can through the talent system, decrease the cooldown for some specials ....then their must be a value somewhere to lower......maybe try setting the talents to lower cooldown, and see where the numerics change ?

How in the world would i have known that if I myself hadn't edited the file? or seen someone edit it ? ? ?? ? ?
