I went back to Vista and the new ram patch works now for FOC. Is there any way to get mods to work l

I went back to Vista and the new ram patch works now for FOC. Is there any way to get mods to work like UEAW or z3r0x to work with Vista? I tried to use EaW/FoC Mod Launcher 1.0 like i did with XP but it does not work? any one have any ideas?
