Dragon Age: Origins Message Board  

Im having the problem that the debuffs i get wont stop working, even stun and knockdowns. Does anyone else have that problem? Ive played this game for a long time now, ive completed it 3 times, and it has never done this before. Ive also tried making a new character, but its the same with them.

I have the same issue on this new char i made knockdown is permanent and doesnt go away, funny it didnt do that with the last one

Have you used the item editor trainer function recently? That happened to me after I tried it. Restart the game (and the trainer, if you want to, just avoid the item editor), you should be fine.

I'm pretty sure that was the cause, I spent some time casting fireball on myself to see if the DOT would become permanent, and it did after the item editor. I wouldn't use the "remove restrictions" or "unlimited rogue stealth" without testing them, either. Caveat cheater
