Does anyone know how they are unlocked? I know that a bunch come from prestiging, but what about the rest? Anywhere I can look to find out?

i got them by playing online, i havnt played the campaign =/ but one easy one to get is, have a perk where if u die like 5 gtimes with out getting a kill u can take their kit and then when u spawn with their kit kill someone with it, u unlock an emblem and callsign thingo
