We currently don't have any Pokemon Platinum trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

I made this myself so hopefully this should work.
It will put a Shiny Mewtwo in the 1st slot of the 1st box. Press L+R to activate.

look in the pokemon platinum messege boared action replay codes.they have 1
