Go to the Great Marsh in Pastoria. On the right, there's a guy with brown hair. Talk to him and he will give you Defog. You will need the Pastoria Gym Badge to use it.

On the second floor of the building before you enter the Great Marsh, you can look through binoculars that show what Pokemon appear and where they appear. If you find a Yanma, go to that spot in the marsh that matches up with the spot in the binoculars.
