I can't PM her, she blocked me! I saw a picture of her in the pictures topic and told her she was pretty and that I may have a silly crush on her, and she said "lol that's fine, nice to meet you", then blocked me.

I didn't mean to offend her, I just found her very pretty is all.

Man that's no way to treat a girl. Shame on you.
